Two issues that I've seen over and over again in this board.
1. My FS4000 also makes a grinding noise at times. I can't tell if it is normal or not, and never really thought about it until I read some of the posts here. Should I be concerned?
2. Scans from Negatives show a good deal of noise, but scans from slides do not show much noise at all. My scanner is about 1' from the monitor and next to a wireless telephone. Could this be the source of my problems with noise? What is a power line noise filter and where can I get one?Thanks,
