I've been using my scanner for nearly a year now. But suddenly after returning from a few weeks away it's started hanging up at the start of scans. I'm running it on windows XP and can't understand it. The scan just stops and the only waty to get out is to close photoshop in task manager, restart windows & start again, there by loosing any files open in photoshop. Can anyone help?
